MIXING
Mixing is the most complex and difficult step in a production, involving a lot of creativity and technicality. Here we will take our time to find the perfect sound for your songs. If you already have recordings from other studios or from home recordings, we´ll be happy to do the mixing.

MASTERING
Mastering is the last creative step before your music is released to the world. We will prepare your songs with a final touch so you will get a clear, powerful, wide and modern sound that will be at industry standards and will translate to any speaker.

You can book the individual services or take the Kolbisurround package. In addition to mixing and mastering, we will help you with songwriting and the arrangement of your songs.

ABOUT ME
Working in the music business and especially working with artists in the metal genre has always been a dream which now I can fully live and help your band reach a next level for your music.
I am Daniel and opened the Kolbisurround Studios in 2022. The love for heavy music exists all my life.
As guitarist in the metal bands Indicator and World Today I was able to gain tons of live and studio experience. During the tours through europe with my bands, I was lucky enough for the opportunity to open up for bands like Sepultura, Powerwolf, Soilwork, Callejon and Walls Of Jericho. While being an active guitarist, I wrote and pre produced our bands EP's and full lenght records.
Indicator´s EP 'Carriers' was voted EP of the Month in Germanys Metal Hammer magazine.
Besides my practical experience, which I collected over the years as musician and songwriter, I now managed to make my passion a profession: after completing my diploma in Audio Engineering at HOFA, countless additional trainings in the field of metal (URM Academy, Nail The Mix), workshops at HOFA and with Will Putney as well as further practical experience, I opened the Kolbisurround Studios to make your musical goals a reality.
